Delivery / Shipping policy –
Our delivery partners are FedEx / DHL and UPS. We don’t ship to box addresses. Our standard delivery takes around 2-3 days to process your order from our warehouse and it takes around 5-7 days for our courier partners (Fed-ex/DHL/UPS) to deliver the package to your doorstep. We usually deliver Standard sized packages on working days between 09-00 and 17.00.
This delivery time applies is valid for the orders that are placed on weekdays before 15.00 (3 PM).
If the orders are placed on weekends / after 15.00 (3 PM) then the delivery time is calculated from the next working day.
We start the processing of your order once we receive full payment. Sometimes we get the payment the other day (mostly in case of bank transfers), so we may start the processing of you order on the following working day.
Yes, we provide warranty for one year. But it only includes manufacturing defects. For example, if a carpet is worn and torn due to the mistake of customer then we will not bear any cost of such damages under out warranty terms. Also in such cases the shipping charges would be borne by the customer. Also one of our expert analyst of carpets would check the condition of the carpet tom make sure that the defect is due to our manufacturing fault.
30 day money back guarantee –
Yes, we do provide 30 days’ money back guarantee along with the shipping cost, the only condition being that the carpet should not have been used. Also the customer has to pack the carpet exactly as he/she had received it from CarpetSanta. But in case if the customer fails to fulfill the above mentioned conditions then ‘CarpetSanta’ will not be liable to accept the returns. Also if there is no manufacturing defect in the carpet then the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
Return policy –
Before sending a carpet, the customer has to first inform us, and wait for the return note from CarpetSanta. Also before returning the product the customer shall package the product exactly as he/she received it from CarpetSanta. The customer will be responsible for any mishap in the shipping transit from customer to CarpetSanta. Although CarpetSanta will cover all the return shipping charges. After the return, we shall credit the amount equal to the amount paid by the customers at the time of purchase. The payment will be made in the same bank account or the card used by the customer at the time of purchase.
If the customer fails to fulfill any terms and conditions mentioned above regarding the breach of warranty or return policy, then the carpet will be returned to the customer at the shipping expense borne by the customer.
Card payment and Bank transfer –
We accept all type of cards (Visa, master card, maestro, American express, Paypal accounts etc) for the payments to make it easier for the customers. There will be no knowledge of your payment details stored with the company. We get ourselves regulated by payment gateway’s like Paypal making it extremely safe for the customers.
We also accept payments through bank transfer for the customers who don’t want to pay through cards. But we will only process the order once we receive the complete payment in our bank account.
Customer not receiving the package due to their fault –
If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, or if the customer refuses to accept the order after the order has been dispatched than there will be an administration cost of Us$ 100 borne by the customer.
Confidentiality when handling personal information –
You agree with us that we will store your information at the time of placing the order to make the Dispatching processes easier for us. We assure you that your information is very much safe with us and we will not share your information with any third party.
When a visitor/customer register’s itself or place an order with us, we store the information given by them. The information is usually name, address, email address, contact number, etc. This data that we save with us is usually used for –
- Account management by saving data records for providing service like order history, tracking orders, current orders status, delivery tracking, wishlist, shopping cart, etc.
- To provide our visitors/customers with relevant products and suggestions via re-targeting and advertisements.
- To provide the visitors and the customer with the information they have requested.
- To track our sales and demographics for making the website more optimized for us as well as visitors/customers.

Also we do not save or have any sort of access to banking / card details of our customers/visitors.
