We would appreciate it if anyone who has bought a carpet from us would post their opinion of the carpet and the service they received. You may also post any comments or criticisms you may have, or also if you have any tips or suggestions. You can also post questions. We will post the reply here, underneath the question, as soon as we can.
Once our customers have received their carpets, we ask them to rate us on a scale from 1 to 5. Anyone can write in our forum, but only customers can rate us.
